Cheated a son out of his fathers estate while they recieved their fee. No explination WHY?

Failed to fullfill the laws of Scotland in a deceased estate. Had to deal with a very cold and unproffesional solicitor who was more intereted in pushing her own agenda that actualy ensuring that a son got his fair share of his father estate. Due to there failings I among others never recieved a penny while they secured their fee. Shocking. I put in a complaint to manger twice about the female and twice the manager agreed with me. But yet I still never recieved a penny.
They have never explained where the money went to. Been 3 years now and never a response.
