From the off I felt as ease using Guy from Gordon Lowe. He put my mind at ease, talked me through my situation in easy to understand detail. Was sympathetic, understanding and not judgemental. Made no bones about it being a tough case, which indeed it was.
They not only handled my divorce but I also won got the residence order for all my kids, which at the time didn't seem possible.
My case took 2 years to complete in which I was kept up to date with details and those details were acted upon immediately which I believe helped me win my case and frustrate my ex solicitors. I put my faith in Guy and he delivered a first case service, which I felt was reasonable and value for money. If ever I rang the office and Guy was busy the staff passed my messages to him and he rang me that day, sometimes in his lunch break and even after 5pm, which I found amazing.
