I came into this process feeling very frazzled and needing help with my visa application, and I felt supported from the very first phone call. Shirin took the time to fully understand our situation and helped us the way she recognised we needed, even when I had thrown a few small accidental curveball her way! She was patient and reassuring throughout, and I never felt like just another case. She made the effort to ensure we felt heard and understood, and having someone who genuinely cared about helping us made such a difference. What was supposed to be a stressful and emotional time felt much more manageable, and we felt we were in capable hands the entire way through.
