It has been reassuring to have Motley & Hope on my side whilst I tried to sort out all the legal complications of my parents including dealing with Probate when Dad died and selling their house when Mum went into a care home. M&H have been a steady guiding hand throughout and I will definitely be using them again.
We have just finished selling our house and used Motley & Hope as our solicitors. From start to finish their service and attention to detail was fantastic. Claire Bell, Sarah Sheridan-Wallis and Michelle Catling work brilliantly as a team, answering our questions and calls promptly and taking us through all the stages of the selling process professionally and efficiently. We are so grateful for all their help as they made a usually stressful process seem easy. Would definitely recommend them.
We have used Motley & Hope for the second time for a property conveyance. We were singing their praises the first time (which is why we went back to them again) and once again, we received a wonderful, efficient and empathetic service once again. The feeling is that the team really do care about the outcome and do everything they can to make it turn out well. A big thank you to the team.
I can't really find the words to describe the exceptional service I have received during my recent move. I was kept informed at every stage, with even the purchase of my new build explained to me and Motley & Hope weren't dealing with that part of the move! Nothing was too much trouble and all areas were dealt with in a professional and friendly, relaxed manner. I can't thanked everyone enough for all their help.
