I am so happy with the results from the trial and even more grateful for Victoria Maclean and her support during this very stressful case. She has supported me throughout the case and kept me informed at all times. I had a few phone calls with Victoria and every single call she explained throughly what was happening and she answered all my questions with truthful and honest answers. I explained my nervousness and anxiety to Victoria about the trial and she supported me all the way through making me feel better about it all and explained the whole court process to me and how I could be supported when I was there. She even called me on the Thursday afternoon that I had given my evidence to see how I was as it was a horrible experience for me. Victoria was brilliant with her email response and always replied quickly with detailed and thorough responses.

Living abroad for most of my life I am not au fait with the British labour law. I found myself in a situation at work after 6 years of success in my position requiring legal advise and representation. Zac from HF were recommend to me.
From not having a clue what to do I explained the situation to ZAC, from the first conversation I was no longer in anxiety mode, and felt confident, and completely relaxed from the advise, guidance and support offered.
We moved forward with my case and closed with a good outcome in my favour.

Dedicated support within the Residential childrens home sector

Zac was very diligent and proactive in providing our business with excellent knowledge and insight, which were specific to the sector. The children's home sector is a very nuanced area in terms of business and employment, but Zac was well versed in this and offered invaluable advice and legal support throughout. I was contacted by my insurance company regarding an incident 6-8 years after the incident. I was advised my solicitors will be from Horwich Farrelly limited. Amanda Monnery got in touch giving me all the details and the process. Amanda was very good communicator from the start. She had a good look at the case and firmly believed that this case could be defended. Even when i had moments of doubt she reassured me and stood her ground.
Amanda instilled confidence in me and feel grateful she did as the outcome of the case was as it should have been with the claimants case fully dismissed.
