Almost 2 yrs after a RTA when my property was damage . Have lied continuousl and appear to have some connections with unqualified contractors they try and force on you . As the perpetrators insurance will have to foot the final bill seems odd that this company refuse to cooperate with building control and won’t except qualified surveyors and structural engineers report and only want to use unproven and under qualified contractors to for quotes. Have over 1500 pages of evidence against them but still refusing to work with us or our solicitors . Totally understand that quotes have to be competitive but manipulated information will not provide that unless of course they benefit financially by using unqalifed builders etc, could not even get the risk address right in fact not even the right county. Something not right with this company and really need a deep dive into their practises etc.

Natalie has been fantastic through this case. She has helped me understand the process and guided me through. She has been very quick to respond to my queries by call or email and has been patient with me in feeling stressed through this process.

My wife was involved in a minor car accident and because the other party has refused to accept any responsibility, the insurer (Aviva) instructed Horwich Farrelly to represent them to recover costs. Quite frankly, they have proved to be very disappointing. They never respond to emails and we feel totally unrepresented. They are now asking us to attend a court case, but have not provided any support or guidance. Therefore, my wife is reluctant to participate and the whole situation is making her feel very anxious. We have moved our car insurance away from Aviva based on the level of service we have received from Horwich Farrelly.

In addition, we have advised Horwich Farrelly that there are multiple inaccuracies in the statements provided and have provided photographic evidence, but we never received a reply. We have provided additional information and offered to provide further evidence to support the case, but we still haven't received a reply.

As it stands, my wife will not attend the court case because she has been left with no confidence in Horwich Farrelly.

Nearly 3 years to complete a knock for knock case. March 2022 to now. Email received 15 days ago saying the third party will accept 50/50 or go to court on 28th, emailed straight back to accept (it's gone on long enough) and court was not necessary. Emailed back today (27th) to say not to attend court tomorrow!

Excellent Service throughout the case.All queries were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Options were always given and through discussion we agreed on the appropriate outcome. As the case progressed additional support was provided and on the day of the court I felt well prepared. At all times I was always able to ask opinion, discuss points and look at various outcomes. I would not ever want to have to deal with this organisation ever again. Extremely slow, uncommunicative, unprofessional and rude.
