I was kept updated at all stages through the progression of an RTC claim brought against me (a car driver) by a cyclist. The claim came as a shock to me but I was very reassured by my solicitor (Amanda Monnery) who was patient and compassionate whenever we spoke. She listened to my concerns and it was evident she was thorough in noting my observations and thoughts about the claims being made against me. The case was won at trial despite the odds (more often than not) being against a car driver in such cases. I was quite distressed at having to go through this process but was well supported throughout. The professionalism and knowledge of my solicitor also ensured my Barrister on the day was fully informed and we achieved the result we all hoped for.
