I was devastated when my brand new car was stolen at work and then to compound it found myself being investigated by my insurance company and some private investigators. Days ran to weeks ran to months. Paul shut this down in a week for me. He gave me very good measured advice and cut to the core of the issues quickly. He didn't inflate his costs, was timely and worked hard right upto the claim being settled in my favour. I would recommend him without hesitation.

I came to Ashtons via a car accident insurance claim, and like the majority of people, this was something that was new to me, so it was very daunting to say the least. Alexandra's helpful, knowledgeable and friendly manner was extremely welcomed. Though the case took 6yrs to conclude, I was never made to feel like any question was silly or something I should already know. Alexandra always answered and explained any reasons fully, not once did I feel pressured or unsupported.
