We had a semi detached property that we were selling. The first buyer suddenly pulled out after signing his contract but hadn't exchanged. Another buyer came forward but after 6 months decided he couldn't afford the property. A third buyer however did manage to buy the property after a further 7 months. Throughout this period of nearly 2 years our conveyancing executive at Hewitts was very professional, helpful, patient and a pleasure to work with. She was very supportive and knowledgeable and couldn't have helped us more.

Everyone I dealt with including reception staff, secretaries and my solicitor were always helpful, polite and professional. I found my solicitor to be friendly and approachable, dispensing reassuring advice. She was always well prepared for meetings and took the time to explain legal matters to me. She responded promptly to issues as they arose and always did what she said she was going to do.

Despite Danielle and her secretary Jasmin Dolan being exceptionally busy, and working in the middle of a pandemic and subsequent lockdowns, they always had time to answer any questions we had, and gave us regular updates, providing professional advice and reassurance through what is a very stressful time.
