Excellent Service
From the off my dealings with Hewitts and Kim was easy and relaxing in what was a stressful time.
Kim met me in my local office despite it not being where she worked, took time to listen and understand my concerns and kept me updated appropriately along the way!

Contentious probate and new will
Kim Nielson was extremely professional towards me at a difficult and stressful time.
They explained everything clearly in a way I understood and helped in my case.

Personal Injury Claim
I was previously paying a local solicitor for a personal injury claim - this claim was receiving minimum responses - I was accruing more expenses all the time - the company I was claiming against were extremely uncooperative - so I discontinued this claim - losing thousands of pounds.
I engaged Hewitts Solicitors on a "No Win No Fee Basis" They believed I had a strong claim - and took on my case. At all times I was fully informed of what the different stages & outcomes could be. I found the company to be both extremely friendly & professional. The case was won - the company settled out of court - after three years - I was very pleased by the outcome.
