Excellent service!!

I would like to thank the solicitor Gianpaolo, who works in your firm. He processed my legal aid efficiently and fast. He dealt with my case in a very sensible manner. He understood my difficults and was able to give me the right advice in regards to my case. He is well knowledgeable and professional. I recommend the firm and the solicitor. I live in Lindon and he attended Court with me despite the distance and communication was highly effective.

Very poor customer service.

I was asked by a Client of this firm to assist in his Court case. I contacted the firm and asked to speak to either of two Solicitors dealing with the case. I heard nothing. I made several further attempts to speak to them, without success. I contacted the Boss on his mobile, and complained about my calls not being returned. He promised he would look into it and that I would be contacted back. I explained that I wanted to help their Client. Again I heard NOTHING. Appalling Customer service, I have told my friend to find a firm that care.
