Lacks integrity and knowledge of basics

I did not feel that Ms. Maclennon had the correct knowledge with our case. She did not fact-check the case, and made statements relating to the legalities of charity governance that were factually incorrect. This made us worry unnecessarily and wasted our time. Given the achievements highlighted on her website, this was very surprising.
