My wife & I approached Elizabeth Middleton to advise on our wills and Lasting Power of Attorney. We had a very basic understanding of the requirements but needed professional advise on how to prepare for the future, and to protect our assets for the sole benefit of our two children. We wanted to avoid unnecessary delay through probate and government administration whilst also ensuring that our decisions were tax efficient at this time to maximise the inheritance for our family. Elizabeth listened carefully to the brief and made us aware of our options in plain English. We asked many questions and we were enlightened by Elizabeth's knowledge and advice. We had no hesitation in accepting her recommendations and feel comforted in the knowledge that we have provided some security for our children's future. We had to travel to the US due to a bereavement recently. I emailed Elizabeth a couple of 'basic' wills to ensure that our children would be covered if anything happened, late one evening. Elizabeth was able to accommodate us the very next day, whilst on the way back from Heathrow following our Covid PCR tests. Elizabeth literally worked with us between other appointments, and finished work late, whilst advising us on and providing our completed wills, ready for us to travel. Elizabeth is both personable, caring and professional, and was a delight to work with. I would whole-heartedly recommend Elizabeths work to anyone.
