My visa

I Submitted an application for a Tier 2 visa for myself and was oblivious of the fact that I needed to do a separate application for every member of my family,being a family of four.
This situation led to my own application being granted but my dependants were not even recognised as I did not submit any applications for them.This made my dependants overstayers without even realising it for months.When I found out after reaching out to the home office that I have no application for my dependants,it dawned on me that they may be deported due to no fault of theirs.I reached out To Dr Sandeep through a friend and was attended to in a way that reassured me that all hope is not lost.
To 's glory ,the Home office granted our application after Nuevo made a representation on our behalf.
I am happy to recommend Nuevo to all for their attention to detail and professionalism.

3 Visas and 1 Naturalisation!

Sandeep has been our special person in all dealings with the Home Office since the very earliest part of 2018. From Spouse Visa, its renewal after 30 months and then the 'Indefinite Leave to Remain' after a further 30 months, he has been the quiet and confident voice and our link through all the complexities of these applications. He has made what could have been a nightmare of worry for me into a calm and methodical procedure: my wife and I spending the time gathering all the relevant material to forward and leaving Sandeep to deal with the Home Office. If there have been any complications then I do not know of them, even the Covid pandemic did not really interfere, just perhaps a slight delay. With the visas complete we then arranged for Inna's Naturalisation and this has taken time but successfully. Throughout the last 6+ years I have to say it has been a delight to work and be in contact with Sandeep.

Mr. Dattani has been my Immigration Lawyer since I had my Finance Visa and has been successful with each of my subsequent Visas including recently my Permanent Leave to Remain Visa which I received a short time ago. He is very professional, but also very personable. When we ran into a problem because my husband was sick, he helped me and kept me calm when I could have easily gone completely to pieces. He actually took the time to let me know personally that we had been successful. I could not recommend him more to anyone searching for the very best Immigration Lawyer in the UK. The best lawyer in the UK

Sandeep has been our lawyer since my first Finance Visa and has been our lawyer for all my Visa applications. He has been so professional and has been a great help with each additional Visa. We cannot thank him enough for all his help on our behalf. With this last Visa, he helped me and encouraged me when things became rough because of health issues my husband faced. Without his help we would not have had the wonderful results we are so thankful for. He is a great lawyer. If we could have given him a 10 star out of 5 we would do so.

Top notch, second to none

Friends in the Philippines recommended Sandeep to us when my wife and I were looking to get married and live here in the UK. Sandeep advised and took care of our Home Office applications. These were: A fiancé Visa allowing Marvie to come to the UK for 6 months. A Spouse Visa and Residency Permit after we were wed allowing Marvie to live and work here for 30 months. A Visa extension and Residency Permit for another 30 months so totalling 3 Visas in all.

Sandeeps fees are competitive with others in the UK we found, but it was the fact he has many years experience as an Immigration solicitor and his attention to fine detail is second to none...

We were highly impressed with the whole process and can't thank him enough...

Sandeep has been our lawyer since my Fiancé Visa and through to my Permanent Leave to Remain Visa.

He has been truly professional and with his assistance we have almost always gotten early results from the Home office.
