It's not the easiest thing to go through a settlement letter when you are still reeling from the shock of it and I was put well at ease. I've never before had the need to seek legal support in relation to employment matters but approached CSJ and Catherine as a result of the multiple favourable reviews. Having made contact via the website, I received a very prompt response and was able to arrange an initial consultation with Catherine very soon after. In advance of the initial consultation and at every stage in the following process I found that CSJ was extremely transparent with regard to fees and I received regular communication enabling me to manage costs. At the initial consultation I found Catherine to be warm and empathic as well as clearly exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. Even as a lay-person, withbher explanation I was able to understand the relative strength of my position which allayed my concerns and gave me real confidence for what followed. Catherine's support was invaluable in enabling me to stand up for my rights. I set out what I hoped to achieve in engaging CSJ and, with Catherine's support, my expectations were exceeded.
