Paul was recommended to me and am so glad I used him. Easy to deal with and gave good advice. Responded promptly to any issues which arose. We had major issues with my buyers solicitor's ineptitude and failure to progress a very simple sale with endless delays. A last resort, impeccably worded email to them resulted in us exchanging and completing in 2 days! This felt like a long awaited miracle!

Paul Bird of Wilson & Bird was to do conveyancing on my house sale and within two weeks, advised that he had used the entire £400 I had paid on account, prior to his even establishing contact with my buyer’s solicitor. When questioned it became apparent that he was charging his admin’s time at his own hourly rate for sending me his terms of business, receiving the memorandum of sale etc. He even charged 10 minutes of his time to exchange say hello when I was asked to personally drop off my id. He doesn’t see anything wrong with this. I will be referring him to the law society.
