This year I contacted Eden Solicitors for guidance on my husband's Spouse Visa Application.

I was met with a team that carefully studied our documents and promptly answered all my questions to better understand this process so I could have my partner here with me. Rizwan Saleem was my solicitor and guide through these months, and he helped me be as precise as possible so I could see my partner in 2024 knowing all the effort would be rewarded with a positive response.

I am thrilled to say I am seeing my partner face-to-face soon after a very difficult, facetime and google-meet filled year apart!!!

I would recommend Eden Solicitors to anyone, not only for Spouse-related matters, but if you are looking to buy your first house too, as my mother was helped by Asam in 2022.

I got married illegally in the uk at the start of my case was very complex but I feel this firm and solicitors have wasted alot of my time and money.

I used Ehsan Chaudhry for the case of my husband’s leave to remain in UK. When we approached Ehsan, my husband’s case was already refused by Home Office and two appeals turned down.
There was a final appeal right available to the Court of Appeal. We sought a detailed advice on costs and merits and made clear that we would not take the risk if there was no merit due to high costs to be involved given the case was to go to the highest appeal court.
Ehsan beautifully advised us on merits, assisted us so much on costs and we finally remained successful in a case where my husband’s return to Philippines was looking inevitable.
High thanks and gratitude to Ehsan for his lovely dedication to our case. Well done all Eden Team

I’ve been to many solicitors and seem to have problems with them all but Eden Solictor’s are without a doubt the best I have dealt with. I would recommend them 100%. Mohammad Imran who dealt with my case was brilliant he kept me in touch with everything and was so efficient and always getting the right result for me. Will now be doing my will with Eden. Also the cost was very fair.
