A disgrace to their profession

Absolutely shocking practice by this firm, dealing with capacity issues and elderly people who have dementia. They fast tracked everything to ensure that they secured a role and fees for themselves, taking money that should be used to secure someone’s future care, in their final years.

Robert Hill at Reynolds Parry Jones handled an employment contract review for me. I was happy with the service that I received, which was both prompt and thorough. The fees charged were as agreed at the outset of the engagement.

Helpful reply to my first initial contact indicating understanding of aspects of my Will (discretionary trust). The process of updating my Will was carried out in a professional and timely manner. Things were clearly explained and I felt able to ask questions. All the staff with whom I came into contact were friendly and helpful.

My partner and I, used RPJ when buying our first home. We were made to feel at ease about the process and felt satisfied that we were getting the best service. The process was explained well and we were kept well informed. We were able to call our solicitor at any time and received quick responses to emails. We would highly recommend RPJ to anyone and will definitely be returning for all our future legal needs.

It was always easy to get hold of the friendly and approachable solicitor who dealt with our matter, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance with legal matters, and will be sure to use them again in the future. Thank you RPJ!
