Having never used this legal firm until now, I can confidently say that as a client, I was treated with respect and understanding at all times by all staff. In particular, my newly appointed Solicitor, Miss Emma Gough, who dealt with my new will with her full understanding of my situation, very easy and relaxed to talk to, and professional at all times. Miss Gough is a credit to this legal firm and thoroughly deserves the best praise as aforementioned. I will be appointing her from now on as my Solicitor

Received a letter today, September 17th 2024, dated September 11th 2024 from Nia Edwards at the Swansea office. The letter related to closure of the case and included a Client Feedback Questionnaire. Since there was no pre-paid envelope for the return of said questionnaire, here are my responses. 1) Very dissatisfied. 2) Very difficult. 3) Very poor. 4) Very poor. 5) Very poor. 6) No. 7) Certain not to recommend. 8) Same.
