All emails answered rapidly and they actually answer telephone calls with someone who knows what they're speaking about. Oh, nearly forgot they do all this at an absolute bargain price. I had a very disappointing experience with Katy Hutchinson, Senior Conveyancing Manager. Although several other lawyers told us our case was relatively straightforward, the process was made far more stressful than it needed to be. Communication was extremely poor. We always provided any requested documents or information promptly, yet it would often take days or even weeks to receive a response to our emails. We repeatedly asked for updates, but our questions were frequently ignored. At one point, we asked whether they were unable to handle our case and, if so, whether we could have our deposit refunded. We never received a clear answer. We also called the office several times, but our concerns were never properly addressed or resolved. Overall, the lack of communication, delays, and failure to answer straightforward questions made this a very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this solicitor if good communication and timely responses are important to you.

Moving house is always stressful but Ben smoothed the way with his professional and extremely competent approach.
