Great service and much cheaper than some firms. The solicitor replied to all my emails quickly and was available over the phone when I needed to ask a question. The searches came back within a couple of weeks. Non of the issues you hear about with other conveyancing solicitors.
I have used Robert Crossley Solicitors for 3 separate conveyancing processes, and as a property developer I can say from experience that they are the best solicitors I have ever used. I am based in the south of England and geographical differences has had no bearing on the process what so ever. Ms McLellan has acted for us on all the projects. I would highly recommend Ms McLellan for her constant, approachable communication and when needed, being able to talk over the phone. Their fees are also comparable with the current market. Highly Recommend.
Robert Morrison dealt with our conveyancing, with support from Will Mellor for completion when he was away on leave. Robert was very efficient and responded to both emails and calls promptly and professionally.
