Roberts Solicitors Limited

My husband and I highly recommend Robert Crossley Solicitors, specifically Alicea. Communication was fantastic, she kept us fully informed and communication via email was promptly responded too. As FTB we didn't know what to expect, but Alicea exceeded our expectations. We had a pleasant, professional service provided to us and we are truly grateful for all of Alicea's help and support. A big thank you to Alicea, we would 100% recommend Robert Crossley Solicitors.

I am extremely satisfied with the professional service provided by Roberts Crossley Solicitors during the sale of my property. A special thank you to Lily and her team for their expert advice and patient explanations throughout the entire process. No question was too small, and they always took the time to ensure I understood everything. Their work efficiency was incredibly high, allowing the property transfer to be completed smoothly and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need of reliable legal services for property matters.

The whole process of selling a home and buying a new home was handled professionally and efficiently with minimum stress, great service, Ben was great

I can’t recommend Katy Hutchinson at Roberts Crossley solicitors highly enough. From start to finish, Katy was absolutely brilliant in handling the purchase of my second home. Katy’s professionalism was matched perfectly with a genuinely friendly and approachable manner, which made the whole process feel far less stressful. Katy was incredibly efficient, keeping everything moving smoothly and always staying one step ahead. Communication was excellent throughout and every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and I was kept fully informed at every stage. I always felt confident that my purchase was in safe hands. Thank you for your hard work, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend services to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and supportive solicitor.

Great service and can always get hold of Alicea when needed. Brilliant

John Roberts supported my husband throughout the purchase of his flat, and my husband ,we both are very grateful for his help. He is professional, approachable and handles his work with real care. His guidance and reassurance made a stressful process much easier, and I felt supported every step of the way. Thank you, John, for your dedication and support. I would happily recommend your services. Janos Pasztor

What a traumatic experience! After 7 months, they could not complete due to delays during the conveyance process, I had no choice but to pull out of the sale with the potential of losing my entire deposit. But I have had enough of getting no where and endlessly waiting. Still Stephen from Robert Crossley solicitors charged me for a title deed, and some services I did not receive. After some push backs, some of these were waved but still charged nearly £800 for a waste of time. I appreciate they need to charge something to close my file but charging me £800 for nothing is extortionate. I would not recommend this service.

Complex sale of my house and many solicitors couldn’t wrap their head around it. John did and the sale completed quickly 😊 Thanks again John

A very professional team who go the extra mile. My Solicitor dealing with the purchase was Lily Moores. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm based on my own experience. Thank you.

To be fair we had doubts about using online Conveyancing, but high street solicitors don't get a great press either so we took a chance. A great decision! That was a year ago when we purchased a property. It all went quickly and smoothly. Fast forward and we had to sell my father's property. Again using Roberts Crossley, the whole transaction took only 2 months. They are really on the ball. Highly recommended British based company in Macclesfield. We went to deliver the Deeds as I don't trust the post these days, and they are real people in a proper office.
