Worst company I have ever dealt with following a road traffic accident. The lack of attention to detail, poor communication and unnecessarily long-winded process have been extremely frustrating. I have repeatedly been left without clear updates or adequate communication, and at times it has felt as though nobody was properly taking responsibility for my case. The lack of communication has been particularly unacceptable. Calls have not been returned, information has not been dealt with properly, and I have been left feeling completely disregarded throughout the process. After what was already a distressing road traffic accident, the way this company has handled my case has caused additional stress and frustration. I expected a professional service, clear communication and someone to properly manage my case, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone dealing with a road traffic accident. The service has been extremely disappointing, and I feel completely let down by the way I have been treated.
