I would just like to say how smooth the process of buying my House through Cygnet, James Walmsley and Gail Smith went. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept me informed at all times, the stages of where we were at . I would highly recomend them to anybody wanted a smooth and efficent team to process the buying /selling of property, and that is why I am also using them to sell my property in London. Gemma Brooke and her team, are exceptional in dealing with complex probate issues. I came to them disempowered and left with the outcome I wanted. A relative passed away and we needed help with their will and probate. We were told by a friend that Gemma Brooke was the best at dealing with this. On our very first meeting with Gemma she was very friendly and made us feel at ease. She told us not to worry and that she would take care of everything. Well, I can honestly say that Gemma has gone above and beyond at keeping us informed every step of the way. When she hasn't been available her assistants Stephanie and Emily have been at hand for everything. Overall, outstanding and very much appreciated.
