We recently used Cygnet Law to act as the conveyancer for our sale/purchase and were dealt with by James and Melanie who we can't thank enough; they were highly professional and supportive throughout the whole process and none of it felt quite as stressful as we had expected. A relative passed away and we needed help with their will and probate. We were told by a friend that Gemma Brooke was the best at dealing with this. On our very first meeting with Gemma she was very friendly and made us feel at ease. She told us not to worry and that she would take care of everything. Well, I can honestly say that Gemma has gone above and beyond at keeping us informed every step of the way. When she hasn't been available her assistants Stephanie and Emily have been at hand for everything. Overall, outstanding and very much appreciated.
