    I would just like to say how smooth the process of buying my House through Cygnet, James Walmsley and Gail Smith went. Nothing was too much trouble, they kept me informed at all times, the stages of where we were at . I would highly recomend them to anybody wanted a smooth and efficent team to process the buying /selling of property, and that is why I am also using them to sell my property in London.     Where do I start?! Just WOW. If you’re looking for a conveyancer who gets the job done, listens to you, updates you, works with you, tries her best to meet your deadlines, is honest and upfront and ultimately just works their socks off then look no further. Theresa does all those things and more. She is kind, friendly, approachable, reliable and just an all round great person. I honestly cannot fault her in any way. I have just completed on a house sale and although faced with unnecessary delays from the other side Theresa continuously chased parties to keep things moving and updated me every step of the way. Theresa took the time to explain things clearly in terms I would understand and kept me at ease through what would have been the most stressful times throughout the transaction.       A relative passed away and we needed help with their will and probate. We were told by a friend that Gemma Brooke was the best at dealing with this. On our very first meeting with Gemma she was very friendly and made us feel at ease. She told us not to worry and that she would take care of everything. Well, I can honestly say that Gemma has gone above and beyond at keeping us informed every step of the way.
