Not Very Professional
So we have used Martin Grove Solicitors back in 2021 to purchase a property and while the service was ok, Mr Grove was at times slightly abrupt but we put it down to maybe that's his way, the service was fairly quick but we put that down to the situation we were in and the sellers at the time. Then in April of 2024 we instructed Mr Grove to act for a family member to purchase a property within the area, confirmed via his receptionist / assistant at the time. Later that same day we get a call from the same lady informing us they will be acting on behalf of the person our family member would be buying from just because they had a property to sell. Extremely unprofessional after we already appointed Mr Grove to act on our behalf more disappointed that we had already previously used his services which we only deemed ok. I wish we don't bother but happy ending another solicitors got more business from us having used them for different purchases and other business related matters. So the real loser here is sadly Mr Grove who lost out on not only work, but also his so called professionalism. Wouldn't recommend or use again. 1
