A not very straight forward sale was made easier with our conveyancer Mrs Gemma Ellison.

Rema has been my solicitor now on two occassions, and I am delighted to report we were the winning party in both instances.
I did not hestiate to go back to her after receiveing outstanding service that went above and beyond my expectations in what was a very stressful and difficult time involving a custody battle.
Rema was professional, ALWAYS got back to me the same day and explained everything in a non convoluted way. She was friendly, understanding and went out her way to reassure me and give me peace of mind, really supporting me through what was a very daunting process.
The second time I emplyed Rema to help with litigation work over a land registration dispute.
Once again she did not disappoint. The case was handled efficiently and succinctly, again going out of her way to understand the crux of the case and communicate that in a most skilled and competent manner to The Tribunal.
Look no further, highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. We dealt with Lisa Brewer & her paralegal Georgia Riley and they were amazing. The handled our case with professionalism and showed that they had our best interests at heart. You'll read all over Google bad reviews for solicitors relating to conveyancing but the truth of the industry is no property transaction is straight-forward and there will be bumps along the road 90% of the time, a good solicitor will navigate these and give solutions wherever possible, this is where Lisa excelled most, the sellers solicitor wasn't quite as pro-active as Lisa but she worked through everything in a timely manor and pushed to make sure we completed before our mortgage offer expiry date. The main point that sticks out to me is how well Lisa & Georgia work together, they compliment each other in such a way that you always feel as though you're in safe hands. If I could give Charles French more stars then I would!

I want to share my thanks and appreciation to Charles French Newquay for going out of their way to help me in a recent property transaction. The entire team was responsive and cooperative, and applied a 'human' touch in all my dealings with them. I also want to personally thank Nancy Gasser for being effective, efficient and looking to find solutions thoughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recomment Charles French Newquay, and they'd be my first choice in future.

We have used Rema now on several occasions for several different reasons. Firstly for a dispute between our housing developer, landlord and us. Needless to say all of our issues have been rectified. She took the time to understand our issues, how they effected us and in a professional, courteous yet personable way dealt with everything, which had been a huge stress for a long time. Secondly drafting employment documents for our business, communication was great, our short deadline met and overall we could not be more thankful.

I used Rema Ince to assist with a stressful case. I literally had no idea what I was doing (the law is a minefield). Rema took full control, with minimal fuss (which is exactly what I wanted) and dealt with it professionally. Rema was polite, well mannered (without being “stuffy”) and got the job done. Her pricing was fair (compared to other local solicitors) and she went above and beyond in chasing the other party and the court, when the court said my papers were “lost” LOL. I am also now using the firm (Jenn Roe) to buy a house for me and I am so far impressed.
