Delighted I walked through the door at Cartmell Shepherd

Having never had any experience with solicitors previously, I was out of my depth when I suddenly found I needed urgent family law advice. I choose Cartmell Shepherd initially based on the kindness of a receptionist who listened to my panic, calmed me down and pinpointed me in the correct direction. From that moment until now, I couldn't be more happy with the service I received at Cartmell Shepherd. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, in terms of their service, their fantastic legal brains, their personal touch - everything. In particular, my solicitor Jo and legal secretary, Angela B were beyond brilliant, a constant presence whenever I needed them - for any queries or just some reassurance. If I need any further legal advice, Cartmell Shepherd, and Jo and Angela, would be my first port of call - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend

I approached this company for employment law advice and couldn't have been happier with the service. Claire was fantastic and went above and beyond her role to help me. She really cared about the impact this case had on me. She added a human touch when, quite often, engaging with legal services can be daunting and a little dehumanising. I can't express how grateful I am for the advice and support I received. Many thanks

I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service I received from Cartmell Shepherd. Claire Davies was so helpful. Always making herself available at short notice to answer any questions I had. I found her knowledge and expertise and clear, considered, concise advice really reassuring. I would recommend anyone to contact Cartmell Shepherd for expert legal advice. Claire and the team couldn't have been more helpful.
