      Mandy was excellent through the whole process that can be very stressful. From the very beginning Mandy explained things the whole process and what would be happening what we needed to do and when we needed to do it.       I recently contacted Cartmell Shepherd to take on some work for me. A lovely lady called Kathryn Ingram came to my home, went through everything that I was looking for and explained everything in detail, didn't rush and made sure I understood everything, I can honestly say she was 100 % professional. I received drafts of everything very quickly, was given plenty of time to go through everything thing and then Kathryn returned with the final paperwork. I would highly recommend Cartmell Shepherd to anyone that requires any legal work doing, if I do in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

      Throughout the will writing process, Kathryn was knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and ensured I understood everything we discussed. She made the process as smooth as possible, even when discussing sensitive topics. I was even given the choice of a virtual or inperson initial meeting.
