From the very beginning Mandy explained things the whole process and what would be happening what we needed to do and when we needed to do it. I recently contacted Cartmell Shepherd to take on some work for me. A lovely lady called Kathryn Ingram came to my home, went through everything that I was looking for and explained everything in detail, didn't rush and made sure I understood everything, I can honestly say she was 100 % professional. I received drafts of everything very quickly, was given plenty of time to go through everything thing and then Kathryn returned with the final paperwork. I would highly recommend Cartmell Shepherd to anyone that requires any legal work doing, if I do in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again.

Throughout the will writing process, Kathryn was knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and ensured I understood everything we discussed. She made the process as smooth as possible, even when discussing sensitive topics. I was even given the choice of a virtual or inperson initial meeting.
