Separation and divorce assistance

Unfortunately in 2020 my wife left me and decided she wanted a divorce. As my eldest daughter had just started university and my youngest daughter her A levels I wanted to remain in the family home to support them at least until my youngest daughter had started university. With Chloe and her team's guidance I was able to keep the separation of our finances and selling of the family home to a timetable that meant I could support my daughters.
Chloe offered sound advice and kept communication clear and succinct which kept costs to a minimum.
Vines Legal made an unpleasant process much easier to bear and enabled a good outcome for me and my daughters.

Claire was very helpful in explaining the content of the draft pre-nuptial agreement sent through by my partner's solicitor, and for making the changes i wanted to see. I had many questions over the drafting period, and Claire ensured she was available to speak to me as needed, which was appreciated.
