Unfortunately in 2020 my wife left me and decided she wanted a divorce. As my eldest daughter had just started university and my youngest daughter her A levels I wanted to remain in the family home to support them at least until my youngest daughter had started university. With Chloe and her team's guidance I was able to keep the separation of our finances and selling of the family home to a timetable that meant I could support my daughters. Chloe offered sound advice and kept communication clear and succinct which kept costs to a minimum. Vines Legal made an unpleasant process much easier to bear and enabled a good outcome for me and my daughters.

Response: I note your response. Yes, I have previously left a review concerning another legal firm. I fail to see how that is relevant to the substance of this review. Having experience with more than one professional service provider does not prevent someone from giving an honest account of their own experiences. By that logic, a person could only ever review one restaurant, one solicitor or one company in their lifetime. As you correctly point out, I was not your client. I was, however, directly involved in proceedings in which your firm represented the opposing party, and therefore had first-hand experience of dealing with your representatives and observing their conduct during the proceedings. My review is based on those experiences, not on information I have obtained from your client. You state that my review is factually and contextually incorrect, but also state that your duty of confidentiality prevents you from responding to the substance of it. I appreciate that you cannot discuss your client's confidential matters. However, that does not make my observations or experiences invalid. In relation to your statement that no formal complaint was made, I have evidence of correspondence in which I raised my concerns with your firm. I was left with the impression that those concerns were not properly addressed. Your assertion that no complaint was made therefore conflicts with my records and is itself concerning. Finally, referring to research into whether I have previously reviewed another firm does not address the issues I raised. In my opinion, a more constructive response would be to consider the concerns raised and, where appropriate, use them as an opportunity to improve your service. My review reflects my own experience and opinion of the service I encountered. I stand by that account. Original review Incompetent, highly unprofessional, and unresponsive. Avoid.This firm represented the opposing party, but we have every right to review their abysmal conduct. This is not "sour grapes"—despite my husband acting as a litigant in person, the judge saw the truth and ruled in his favour. This is strictly about their objective failures. From day one, their staff lacked basic courtroom presence, appearing visibly shaking, disorganized, and wearing a cheap suit that lacked any professional polish. Chloe Payne committed a blatant data breach by sending my husband’s private information to me. Furthermore, the firm chronically filed court documents late and included entirely irrelevant, private details about my children in official bundles. They also completely ignored court-mandated safeguarding; despite my husband having strict special measures in place, their representatives repeatedly barged into our private waiting room unannounced, constantly dragging an entourage of uninvited minions with them. It was so egregious that a court usher had to physically step in, remind them of the special measures, and order them out. Tellingly, after manipulating deadlines to suit their own agenda, they couldn't even back up their own arguments and had to defer to an outside barrister for the final hearing. I raised a formal complaint directly to the firm about all of this, and they have completely ignored it. They are a liability to data privacy, court protocol, and basic legal competence.

Nice building, but one will have a purpose going there, either have the next parking app or enough correct coins as no change is given. No free parking for visitors of the building- a money spinner

I had the free initial consultation for my divorce. I was advised to wait 2 years for a no fault divorce as there was no bad feeling on either side. This was really helpful.
