My case was a simple one. Video evidence of my vehicle were it shouldn't have been but number plate was seriously distorted and unreasonable. In my interview after I was taken from my home 3am and kept in a cell over 14 hours before my interview all whiles not having a clue what crime id committed. Rob my rep heard everything I was about to reply to the cop about my accusation before they did. At no point was I told "dont say this or that". He shook his head said all will be ok and off we went to the detectives. My interview was used by prosecutor (friends of the law firm representing me) as a part confession as I genuinely had no recollection of being on that road. He allowed me to say what he knew as a lawyer id be prosecuted for. No fight no sense of this is a man's life. A innocent one that was simply dropping his daughter to school at the time. I barely escaped jail time not being of my reps but because the judge had logical reasons after I relocated from England. I was no longer a treat. Grange law did nothing for me from the interview to the first hearing to which i plead not guilty only to have Rob my solicitor turn to the prosecutor and roll his eyes at mely choice to plead not guilty. It was meant to be a quick case FOR HIM and me wanting to fight it meant I went against his wishes and infront his prosecutor and judge mates. Had I listened to Rob and kept my case at the magistrate level instead of crown court id have ended up being bars at the request of the prosecutor with no push back or real defense feom Grange law. Thank the crown judge had compassion. The judge at crown was more humane and understanding. Same judge Grange law told me before hand was going to be difficult and predicted he'd extend the court hearing. Turned out he wasnt the the only one requesting an extension.. WAS MY REPRESENTATIVE AT GRANGE LAW. Dont trust them and if you're given a report from there at the jail house ask for alternative reps. Your life depends on this move. Dont make the same mistakes I did.
