I found Rosie Bracher's to be extremely supportive, understanding and reassuring through a very difficult time. From initial contact with their legal PA / advisor, they were extremely helpful with advice before court proceedings had begun and took the time to listen to my concerns. They were very supportive with applying for legal aid and once this was in place I received support from a Solicitor(Chloe James). The Solicitor was extremely calm, thorough, conscientious and reassuring. I found her to be very level-headed at a time where I felt anxious and she listened to all of my concerns and was very clear in her advice. She also took the time to explain how each step of the court hearing would proceed and made very clear what the expectations of me were in terms of information I should provide etc. I found all of the reports and recommendations from the solicitor to be very clear, thorough and conscientious and they showed a very clear understanding of all of the details and concerns raised. I received support from a barrister on the day of the hearing who was also extremely reassuring and clear about procedures for the hearing etc. He had taken the time to consider all of the information he had received (at short notice), and had also completed further research. Within the hearing, he presented very considered and child-focused arguments and was very supportive where I had any concerns or queries. Rosie Bracher's also ensured a separate staff member walked me to the courts from their offices for the hearing as I had been concerned about going alone. The Barrister also walked me back to their offices and then to a taxi rank to ensure I was not alone. I found it incredibly reassuring that they went above and beyond in this way. Overall, the support I received from Rosie Bracher's made an enormous difference to a very difficult experience and I would thoroughly recommend them to others.

I’ve had a few child matter cases over the past few years and luckily had bryony holt as my solicitor she helped me gain custody of my two daughters and they now live with me.
