Unfortunately they do not possess a standard or policy for communication with their paying clients regardless of how many times you request an update nor do they intend to reach out and rectify this lack of regard. I would avoid using this "firm" if you can for lack of convenience. Very disappointed.

We were impressed by the calm, knowledgable and professional but friendly way in which the probate sale of our mother's house was handled by Mr Bennet and his assistant Lily Turner. I would not hesistate to use the firm again.

Nikki Blunn provided a fast, friendly, efficient and professional conveyancing service at a very reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Milford & Dormor and I would certainly use their services again.

We used Milford and Dormor (Chard Branch) to help complete the sale of my parent's house + probate and close the estate. Bill Bennett and others were absolutely excellent. You receive a personal service, excellent advice and expertise. Unfortunately the house took 18 months+ to sell hence we used Bill for nearly 2 years. Overall the costs were very reasonable and importantly we 100% trusted everything he did, the correspondance was accurate and prompt (despite the fact we lived 100 miles away) and I would thoroughly recommend Milford and Dormor.
