I can 100% say Clarke Rowe have been wonderful. I have used this company on many occasions , they have been helpful, communicative,and well priced. I can only praise them for all there help and understanding as we know buying a house is a stressful process.

I have used this firm many times and find their conveyancing service highly efficient and extremely thorough. Would not consider using anyone else.
I had to chase up several times myself to find that the original email from the sellers solicitor had been missed by Clarke Rowe which caused a 2 week delay that they (at the time) insisted was the fault of the seller's. After getting the documents resent I purchased a weekly update package. After a few weeks I stopped receiving my weekly updates and when I questioned this I was told that I should not 'tell them how to run their firm' Overall I had quite a negative experience and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Thorough, diligent and excellent value for money. Felt extremely well cared for during a recent complex property transaction, which Louise and Babs worked very hard to get finalised to a high standard and satisfactory conclusion. Would recommend without fail.
Used this firm for conveyancing. We asked them a question about a contract to which they could not give us an answer, then charged us £300 for the priveledge! The experience makes it feel like we've had our pockets picked as they took the money out of funds they were handling on our behalf, BEFORE sending us the balance! We could therefore not check the bill before we paid it. It seems solicitors feel they are above the law and can do what they like. We will be challenging this and I will take it as far as I can to get my money back. Appalled.
