a one-man-band RIpOff, AVOID!

Took forever, ie many months to get Hann to grasp basic facts, then, when he was available (not at home. but in office, rare), he got to work. Eventually, something was done, but most of my directions were ignored. So I lost a lot of money. Then Hann had the utter greed/ cheek to present a MASSIVE bill! Go elsewhere, don't waste your time and money people of Annan!
