Over 8 months ago I approached Richard George & Jenkins to write a will for me. Some time passes and two gentlemen knock on my door stating the will is ready and they've been trying to contact me for some time. Given I own a business with an 0800 number I severely doubted it to be true. Anyway, they handed me an invoice for £180 - steep right? Never mind, I paid it within 15 minutes. Almost 2 months pass and I have nothing, no contact. I chase it up again, another week passes, nothing, no contact - I've just rang them now, no will, no refund. Avoid.
