We have many years of experience in this area of law and are accredited by the Law Society. We are committed to providing a professional, efficient service with the utmost sensitivity in a caring, friendly and approachable manner. We care about each and every one of our clients and we ensure that they are treated fairly, whilst strongly defending and protecting their human rights. Our office is based in Carmarthen, West Wales but we will travel throughout Wales and beyond to represent and defend our client’s rights. If you or a family member is detained under the Mental Health Act it is vital that you seek expert legal advice to ensure support and protection during such a vulnerable time. We are accredited by the Law Society to provide expert Mental Health Law advice. We also have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency and can advise you as to whether you would qualify for free legal representation.
