We used George Davies & Evans as our solicitors to ensure everything was in order before purchasing our home. We were aiming for a quick turnaround and were initially advised the process would take between 6-8 weeks. Given we were approaching the new financial year, along with the usual delays in receiving searches, we were expecting the worst. However, Dafydd and his team turned everything around in just 4 weeks. Considering the time constraints, we were absolutely delighted with the service. Additionally, communication throughout was excellent. I strongly believe this is key when multiple parties are involved, and their responsiveness meant any potential roadblocks were addressed quickly and efficiently. Any queries we raised regarding contractual documents were also handled promptly and thoroughly, which gave us great confidence throughout the process. All in all, we had a fantastic experience with George Davies & Evans particularly Dafydd and Joanne, and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking legal services.

We used Jennie Coombs at George Evans and Davies for our house purchase and she was wonderful throughout. Communication was always great and she was very patient when explaining things and answering our questions. Our purchase involved a listed building and changed from no chain to a chain late on, but Jennie handled everything brilliantly and pushed at the right times to keep things moving. She even helped us sign paperwork for a separate property sale she was not involved with just to help our purchase go through quicker. We would definitely recommend her!
