⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mr. Matt Hollamby handled my lease extension with outstanding professionalism and clear communication. He made a complex process smooth and achieved results far better than I expected. I highly recommend him to anyone needing expert help with lease or property matters.
What a calming, attentive, professional service we received from Emily Fitzpatrick. It started from when we phoned round solicitors to find out about buying our freehold. Emily got back to us immediately and generously explained the whole process, and costs. (Good value for money, and very transparent). It was a few months before we returned, and then she guided us through, taking the time to listen to our concerns about the politics of dealing with our freeholder and managing agent - exploring how to deal with outstanding repairs, and fellow leaseholder who lives In Australia. She was so swift in getting back to us. Really robust in putting our concerns forward, whilst explaining the pros and cons of all actions- her depth of knowledge of freeholds is great. I didn't know solicitors could be so helpful and proactive, my previous experience of solicitors has been conveyancing residential sales, and I have never had such a good experience.
