I used Connell & Connell WS for my father’s trust and found Jenny Boyle so helpful and informative and always available to answer any questions. I have since asked used them again to set up PoAs and Wills, again Jenny and Calum Wood have been so efficient, helpful and supportive, giving great advice. I would highly recommend them.

The senior partner wrote my mother's will incorrectly. It split the family and he took sides . He did not have all beneficiaries interests as equal but favoured his chosen few. Adding 'wishes' to his executorship instead of sticking to the wording in my mother's will. He was biased and prejudiced. He went back on his own legal advice with no explanation or presedence. He failed to respond to emails or return phone calls. If he didn't like you he ignored you. He blocked me access to my parents property that I was a shared beneficiary of causing several members of the family gross distress and anxiety at a time of deep grief.
