Lisa Rae & Co Court Solicitors

Spoke with Lisa back in September. Told her about my case ,which was just an authentication of a EU divorce on Scottish sheriff court. She requested all my paperwork which I sent her within a month. Around December and without having any news I called and luckily I managed to catch her on her mobile(she probably answered by mistake). She said she will start the procedures and will contact me January to let me know how things are going. That was the last time I ever heard from her. Since February I've been calling on a weekly basis ,leaving messages,sending emails ,talking to her assistant...to hear every time that she will be informed and advised to call me back. Never called me on 4 scheduled phone appointments,never answering her mobile..and now they dont even answer the land-line. I had to actually call from a different number than the one they probably recognised to finally answer me and that happened 3 times. I ended up asking someone to call me and inforrmed if she genuinly will start on my case or i should find another solicitor.Till this day,May the 13th 2026,NOBODY has called me to update me on my case. I have never in my nearly 45 years of age experienced such unprofessional behaviour. Don't even bother call them as you will lose valuable time with their lack of honesty,professionalism and their unreliability.

them with kindness is what they say and I cant help but feel that the approach from Aimee done this. She was professional, well spoken and a pleasure to have represent me. A lot of firms take on too many clients and they lose track. Not lisa rae and Co. Advice, help and just a human touch. Very professional and highly recommended! Aimee is fantastic, understanding, straight to the point and she knows her stuff !

I was recommended to use Lisa by someone who worked with her manny years ago…. The recommendation was probably the best part. Initial conversation was ok and got a letter from her to the opposition legal rep…. And then that was is legal representation over …. Couldn’t give a monkeys about her clients Never got through to her to talk , secretary oh she will call back …. When 2028? The worse side to this was I got a new lawyer and she won’t even have the decency to send over my paperwork. I’m actually starting legal proceedings against her to claim for my losses and stress she has caused me All in all DO NOT USE STAY WELL CLEAR !!!
