Went through sale of property twice due to house sale falling through, Barry did an excellent job both times to fight for the best price whilst keeping me up-to-date with news on the property. His expert knowledge was greatly appreciated as without his services it would have been a difficult sale.

Mcewan Fraser Legal dealt with our purchase of a flat in Glasgow. Our initial contact was with Fin Smith who was friendly and helpful, guiding us through the purchase process. Once we had a successful offer, we were passed to Barry Haq to deal with the conveyancing. We had unusual logistical challenges around the purchase and throughout Barry provided excellent service, communicating well and ensuring the purchase went through. He also uncovered a conveyancing issue which had not been identified for the previous owner, which was rectified. All in all good value for money and excellent service.
