After our conversation, I was confident that this would be a worthwhile investment—and it absolutely was.

James Milne’s contribution was instrumental in guiding me through the Edinburgh property market. He offered insightful advice on suitable areas and provided detailed assessments of properties I was interested in. For each property, he reviewed the home report, evaluated the overall condition and value, and then arranged viewings which he attended on my behalf. Through video calls, I was able to participate in viewings remotely, which made the process feel personal and efficient despite the distance.
