I was involved in a very complex property deal. Rory Milne became involved and simplified the contract and eventually speeded the process up. He is not the best at answering email -it has to be said!

Andrew J Mitchell of Milne & Co. Ws did not submitted our offer on time before the closing date causing us to lose the property. They also charge a £100 per offer, which to me sounds ridiculous, and I was informed about it by email, two hours before the closing date. By far the worst service I have ever received.
