Top class service

Dominic guided me in the process of selling my flat. The process was significantly protracted as a result of the purchaser’s circumstances, but Dominic expertly navigated the situation start to finish. His professional and calm demeanour was reassuring and helped me manage a stressful situation. This was the first property sale I’d dealt with but the explanation of the process was clear and easy to understand. Always thinking ahead and trying to anticipate any potential curveballs, proactive, and excellent communication and updates. I was very impressed throughout the process and won’t go anywhere else. I have already recommended Wallace Quinn to others and I’m returning to Dominic for the purchase of my next home.

Massive thank you

A massive thank you for all your help in selling our house and buying our new one. We had a few bumps in the road but you made the conveyancing side of things as stress free and seamless ad we could have hoped. It really was a pleasure dealing with you - your calmness and professionalism through all 3 attempts to sell our home gave us huge peace of mind and kept us sane! I can't believe how quick the process was on Friday, we were blown away at the efficiency in getting everything completed and getting our keys by 1:30pm. A first class service indeed.

All communications with Sarah were efficient. There was no time where I had to chase up a response as Sarah always quick to respond and had strong understanding in her field of work, making the process from start to finish really smooth and worry free.
