I required a lawyer to handle the sale of a jointly owned flat in Glasgow . I approached Wallace & Quinn on recommendation of previous clients and another lawyer. Florence was allocated my case and from start to finish I found her to be professional, efficient , approachable and very patient. It was a difficult situation dealing with myself , my ex spouse and at times 2 other ( divorce) lawyers but she coped with this admirably . She kept us all informed at each step of the process and was there for advice when required.. The sale of the property went very smoothly and as per expected timeline . It was the aftermath of the sale - division of funds and delay in receipt of factor’s bills that slowed the whole process ( through no fault of Wallace and Quinn ) but it has now, finally, been fully completed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wallace and Quinn and especially Florence to future clients .

For years I used the same local solicitor in Hamilton, the service was ok until it wasn’t. Eventually I couldn’t speak to anyone unless I went to the office. I felt the team were rude and unapproachable and then I was recommended to Wallace Quinn. I have used Wallace Quinn on a number of transactions and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else, in particular Ashleigh Walker, if only every solicitor could be like Ashleigh then it would eliminate most of the stress associated with moving home. Ashleigh kept us updated at every step of the journey even when she couldn’t get information from other solicitors in the chain, she practically did the other sides job for them, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else.
