Our experience with WQ, the conveyancers our financial advisor recommended, was genuinely positive. They were fantastic at explaining everything clearly and guiding us through the entire process, which really made a complex situation feel much more manageable. We truly valued their expert knowledge and how they were always open to discussing the best approach for our property transaction.
If we had to offer a couple of thoughts for refinement, we felt that communication between all parties could have been a touch quicker. Also, while their attention to detail was excellent, perhaps a little more vigilance with documents provided by third parties might be beneficial. That in-person meeting with our solicitor, however, was incredibly reassuring and really helped put our minds at ease.
Overall, WQ delivered a solid service, and we would certainly make use of their services again.

Initially completing the house buying process with Wallace Quinn was a positive experience, however as time went on there began to be a significant lack of communication from them. This included things being left to the complete last minute despite me asking continually if anything else was required and being told no. Furthermore, on many occasions I would attempt to phone the office and was told I would receive call-backs, which I never did.
At the end of the process I was left sitting up for hours inbetween my 12 hour nightshifts sorting documents on the deadline for completion due the complete lack of communication that was present. It was a significant dissapointment as the people I spoke to at Wallace Quinn were lovely, which is why I have given 2 stars

Dominic guided me in the process of selling my flat. The process was significantly protracted as a result of the purchaser’s circumstances, but Dominic expertly navigated the situation start to finish. His professional and calm demeanour was reassuring and helped me manage a stressful situation. This was the first property sale I’d dealt with but the explanation of the process was clear and easy to understand.
