I have never met such an unprofessionalism and rudeness before from a legal firm than dealing with Dillex solicitors. And I was their client not a Respondent. I've made many complaints during my time spent working with them, most of which never got resolved and my trust in them vanished because of that. I am still currently awaiting for a response on my last complaint, which had been delayed and delayed and delayed... I'd not recommend this firm to anyone especially those who impacted by domestic abuse. These guys have no idea how to deal with D.A. cases effectively and look after their clients.
I am just glad I never have to deal with them again. I'd rather self represent than go back to them again.

When i speak first time with Alina , i was so happy because somebody listen what is my problem , what happen with me and my child and what i want to happen in the court . She make me feel i can reveive my rights without any problem and i can feel free and safe in this country with a small child . I ring her a lot of times because my insecurity , i ask her a lot of things and she answer every time immediately .
