Local solicitors are best

This is the sixth time I have used Colin Crow and experience has been very good. However, again, the buyer used a solicitor recommended by their mortgage broker from somewhere up north who was a nightmare to deal with . I would recommend you always use a local solicitor. You can always pop in to see Colin, deliver documents and check progress. Highly recommended.

I have used Dyer and Crow six times now, So I think that speaks for itself. Using a local solicitor makes the transaction so much easier. These guys know their job and we’ll get it done at fair price and with professionalism in a timely manner.

They were recommended to us and by far the best solicitor experience we have had for our buy/sell. We worked with Jane who was excellent. Clear and contactable throughout. We hope we aren’t moving again any time soon but if we do we will be coming straight back to them.

I was recommended Dyer and Crowe for a house sale and purchase and I'm so glad we went with them. Originally we started with solicitors recommended by the estate agents, but with them everything was online, very impersonal yet pressured, so we quickly moved to D&C. The paperwork was straightforward and clear (unlike the previous solicitor), they kept us informed, everything was done in a timely manner, they were available for any queries/advice, always pleasant and helpful...... and also reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending D&C.
