Poor service

Things started off well with Karen before she turned rather aggressive and cold towards me.. I was happy with her prompt responses and knowledge, but lately she missed emails from the other side and their deadlines, completely leaving me in the dark with no contact.

It was only after chasing her several times I received a fairly abrupt response. I cannot recommend Karen and I would feel she could have dealt with our communication issues better and more professionally as one would expect for a £250/hr solicitor.

She will no doubt respond with something meaningless but what's important is that she has let me down drastically in this case and at this stage she will just save face with a nonchalant response.

Beware!

Ms Taylor may be a good salesperson but her delivery on her promises is poor based on my recent experience dealing with her over the last 12 months. She frequently caused delays (due to her being ‘out in courts’ for other clients) and unnecessary, in my opinion, costs to me (she did not resolve my formal complaint on this point to my satisfaction, so it is now being investigated by the Legal Society). Beware!
