Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most
We genuinely cannot thank Vipal Matwala of Noma Legal Ltd enough for the exceptional service he provided to my husband and me when we urgently needed independent legal advice in connection with a property remortgage and personal guarantees. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that Vipal did not know us at all. We had never used his services before, had no previous business relationship with him and came to him as complete strangers needing help at extremely short notice. Despite that, from the very first conversation he treated our situation as though it genuinely mattered. He was incredibly easy to talk to, attentive and, most importantly, he really listened. I didn’t have to keep repeating myself or repeatedly explain the circumstances. He understood very quickly exactly what position we were in, the urgency involved and what needed to happen, and immediately started helping us find a solution. At a point when I genuinely wasn't sure we were going to find anyone able or willing to help us quickly enough, Vipal stepped in and was an absolute godsend. He bent over backwards to get everything organised for us the very same day and made himself available outside normal working hours so that our transaction could keep moving. From our side, we really only needed to provide him with the contact details for our solicitors. Vipal then liaised directly with them, obtained everything he needed, organised the relevant paperwork and guided us through the process without making us act as the go-between. That took an enormous amount of stress away from us. His communication throughout was outstanding. He responded promptly, kept us informed, knew exactly where things stood and continued to update us even after the appointments themselves had been completed. The paperwork, follow-up and invoicing were all dealt with just as efficiently and professionally. His pricing was also exceptional. We had received significantly higher quotations elsewhere for urgent independent legal advice, so we were amazed by how competitively priced his service was, particularly considering the speed, flexibility and level of personal attention he gave us. There was absolutely no compromise in quality. What stayed with both my husband and me most, though, was simply how willing Vipal was to help two people he had never met before who found themselves in a difficult and very time-sensitive situation. It is rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with that level of understanding, kindness and genuine willingness to find a solution. A process that could very easily have become extremely stressful and potentially delayed our transaction was made remarkably straightforward because of him. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Vipal Matwala and Noma Legal Ltd to anyone needing independent legal advice, and I will certainly be looking into the other legal services he provides because it would genuinely be a pleasure to work with him again in the future.
